Well, too late. There are already children in the Furry Fandom(These are called Young Furs and are referred to as Furries usually under the age of 16). I'm not sure about the Brony Fandom and if they're are children in that Fandom but I hope there isn't.
I hung out with girls as a kid (pre-puberty) - they were simply the only kids around. But there was nothing wrong with that - and I certainly was a boy. I didn't play with dolls - but I did play house with the girls (Please no perverted comments, lol!).

Back in my Younger Years as a Child(Around 3 - 10), I always hung out with this one Girl. She was pretty much by best Friend. That is until she became 11 that she became a 'Stereotypical Girl'. Always acting Sassy and Mean. She's no longer my Friend now...
Kids at that age are often mean - and also the girls. It's all about being cool.

Isn't that what today's World is? Everyone wants to be Cool, Rich and Famous. Work? Nah, screw that! I want to be living in Los Angeles with a Big Fancy House and not pay a single, bit of attention to all of the Peasants below me.
I honestly wish Kids aren't like this nowadays. You have amazing People working at Companies like Apple, Facebook, Google all working hard to deliver us amazing Products and yet these Kids just treat them like Toys. They aren't Toys! They're Products made for you to use either it be for Communication, Entertainment or Work. Not for showing off your new Fancy IPhone or Jewlery.
I guess they wern't raised right. Anyway, as for girls, have you seen the movie "Welcome to the Dollhouse"? It's from the 90s and it shows some bullying from that side. Anyway, both genders bully quite a bit - even into college and adulthood. I guess people have to learn to deal with it - without being a super-conformist sell-out.

I say let them be as long as they're not harming anyone. If someone is having fun and staying out of trouble, then it's their prerogative.
It probably is illegal, but not consistently enforced.

Apparently, our "favourite" prime minister, Theresa May pushed through a blanket porn ban the other week preventing people accessing any porn at all, maybe if you phone the ISP they'll allow a little something.

Yeah. I heard about the Porn Block. It definitely isn’t going to be effective. We could just use VPNs or some special Onion-Browser(E.G. Tor)
It’s another Step to censoring the Internet. The Internet should be a place of Free-Speech and should give us access to anything. Not a place to be censored and ruined by Laws.
I'm not particularly well-versed in some of the stranger parts of the internet, but I know a few people who watch MLP. I don't see a problem with it nor do I really particularly care.
I personally find these sorts of things kind of boring at this point, although maybe I should criticise it after trying it lol
But, some of the people who watch this stuff are far more skilled and smarter than me.
They have all tons of knowledge about assembly, cryptography, etc. which I'd love to have, maybe some-day.

Is it cause so many children/teens have cell phones?
It's because the Conservatives keep screwing things up and want to pass through a few non-contentious bills to try to make it look like they actually care about the people, when they quite evidently really, really don't and neither do any of the other parties tbh.
For instance, the Conservatives put the prices on all the universities up, I believe it was three times to £9000, because you know, the best way to create a skilled workforce is to put everyone in debt.
They even promised over and over while they were running that they were not going to do this, and then, they went ahead and stabbed everyone in the back.
They also apparently can't negotiate their way out of a paper bag with just about any industry groups, citizens, other parties or other countries (although, to be fair, neither can any other country these days).
I doubt if banning things is going to make people go to church, honestly. In the US, they tried similar stuff with banning alcohol and later drugs.
Well, in the UK, you have to earn the right to get into college anyway. It's not open-admission like much of the US. Nonetheless, I suppose conservatives want it - even tougher, to weed out more "unfit" (just kidding).
I don't believe that's true, unless you're trying to get into one of the top universities, but if you don't have a certain amount of knowledge, then you're going to have a hard time getting through the courses and will have a higher chance of dropping out.

Well, that is a small Factor but not a big one that plays a role in this Ban.
The UK doesn’t want Children to be exposed to things like Pornography. And this is what Parents want. Parents don’t want their Child to be watching this kind of Content.
But the thing is, this Porn Ban wouldn’t be great as it can easily Be bypassed using a VPN or Tor.
I remember watching a Video about this Ban a couple of days ago. It covered how that when the Porn Site needs your age, you’ll need something like your Passport or Drivers License to confirm your Age. In my opinion, that’s a big massive breach of Privacy.
