My family does not like online banking there are risks
This is the kind of thing that I expect to see every time online banking is discussed. If you choose not to do online banking because you prefer to do it physically, then that is a perfectly fine thing to say; because it's a personal preference, but reasoning like these are absolutely ridiculous. If you're not going to do something because there are risks, then why are you doing something at all? You could walk outside right...now and and be mauled by a bear, or get hit by a truck, there are risks everywhere.
Additionally, what makes online banking any less secure than offline banking; I'd really like to know, to be honest with you. There are billions of pounds, dollars, whatever, being spent on cyber security and you still think that it's insecure? Wonderful job. I can tell you that there have been more physical bank robberies, or just thefts in general than there have been online robberies, additionally, you're not going to get stabbed or shot if someone does decide to try and rob something from you online, you're not in physical danger.
If you have been hit by an online robbery, maybe you're using the wrong websites. Because websites that are legitimate are pretty easy to spot, and they https:// in the address bar, or the SSL certificate padlock isn't hard to see. This means that you should one; learn how to spot these things, and two; bump up your internet security.
