What GCSE options are you taking/did take?

I am taking Business, history and German.

ICT i take it you passed. Compulsory now.

Anyway, with History and Geography at my school, you got to go to Barcelona if you took Geography and Germany if you took History 😛

I can top it, Geography you go to South Italy, and History America.

Just at the time i went to North Italy with friend, and i didn't want to go to America as i was scared of the flying there.

Triple Science?

Isn't science compulsory but you just have double award and triple for the separate sciences.

You have to get three Level 6's in your SATs min. to do triple, which is in Route A 😛
Yes science is compulsory, triple is not.
Triple is harder

I took Food Tech, History and Geography...

I do wish i took business at school but when i picked my opinions i didn't want to do business -lol-

French, Business, Applied ICT, BTEC sport, Electronics.

Along with what I had to do which was Science (triple award), Maths, RE, English, English language and IT key skills

Yeah, it's not a GCSE I know but it's the same level of qualification. At our school we had to do some kind of sport and the BTEC option involved the least work :lol:

Those who went on to further education (a levels, higher btecs) or are planning to - what did you take? I took Computing, Business, Physics and Maths at AS and got AAAB. Dropped business and taking the other 3 to A Level

When I was in school, we had two pathways. Pathway one and pathway two. One was for the more intelligent and two for the less intelligent. Pathway one could only pick 2 options and where not allowed to pick any BTEC subjects whereas pathway two could.

I done really well it my GCSE's but my best results came in P.E and history.

I am doing my second year at college of the National Diploma of ICT which is equal to 3 A levels. Then after this year I might do the HND which is the Higher National Diploma which is a foundation degree and is 2 years long.

After which you can then do another year at Uni to get the full degree.

Route B -Good
Route C - Average (with support lessons)
Route D - Really inferior at studies lots of support lessons
Route E - LOL

I chose drama and woodwork for my 2 options.

ict, english, maths science and a language was compulsary.

Here we have 4 pathways.

Pathway A- Retard pathway.
Pathway B- Get the option of going to college/ some dumb people.
Pathway C- The normal intelligence people.
Pathway D- The genius pathway -lol-
