What is the best forum host?

i've just added a poll of the 20 most mentioned providers on this thread (listed in random order)

The reason this has been added is so guests reading the topic can quickly see which forum is the community's favorite.

I still think getforum should be up there but I think no one ever herd of them maybe cause they dont advertise n' go up the ranks as much but freeforums would do as good as well..

I am guessing noone uses a payed host, which are the best, you get full control, over everything!!

Some people cant afford a paid host or don't have the knowledge but if you can then you should use a paid host as you can do so much more then any free host.

Perhaps you could start one for paid hosts? - i know that "Blue Host" have a very high reputation ~smile~

Freeforums has a great, straight-forward approach to forum hosting. no bs with the forced ads and whatever else. Their support forum is very nice, very easy to navigate and get help when needed. The staff is definitely an awesome addition to the service.

I'm gonna have to go with myfreeforum. If it wern't for them, i wouldn't have the forum i have now...and i was with them for 6 months and got great support etc.
