Windows 7. It looks the nicest of all the Windows versions I've seen, and it's been pretty simple to use. I was a person that transitioned from Windows XP to Windows 7 with nothing in between, so I was glad that it was simple to use.

Windows 95 was a real step forward in Computing, it was the start when Computers had proper functions and ease-of use. Windows XP was also another step forward with its UI and even more simplicity and features.

Windows XP because of it's blissful, thick blue theme, sounds, MS Sam, Stability from the time and overall nostalgia factor. I even use a Windows XP theme for my Windows 7 desktop I miss it so much.
