Worst hosts?

What is the worst host (free or paid) that you have used for your website/forum?
 
Worst:
One.com - Paid
000webhost - Free
ukhost4u -Paid

I am now using InvisionPower (IPS) Hosting, which is awesome.

Because the service they deliver must not be good and they have had a bad experience using it.
 
People have different experiences with hosts. There are thousands of people who would probably argue that Lunarpages is the best host, but most people on this forum experience with Lunarpages has been bad. Same with the host you are using.
 
I love 000webhost and I tell all my friends about them. I was going to use them as a paid host, considering I started my first real forum with them, but I switched to BlueHost as on phpbb.com they are the number 1 something...bleh, both BlueHost and 000webhost rock.
 
If you are including forum hosts then I would have to say forumer.com, I couldn't get their phpBB to work and ended up having to switch.
EDIT: I see snowboi said it before me.
 
I think Dreamhost is pretty bad. Mxp, was formerly with them and it has errors a lot of the time.
