Man, this is a forum I've been meaning to join for so long, but I haven't quite got around to it. I have to say, your theme is brilliant as are your stats. Not many sites get 100k posts in the first year, though methinks you probably got some members from FA. 😉

I think this forum is excellent.
The first impression on it is great, because your ad box at the top look professional. I really honestly can't think of anything else besides changing the banner. Seems a little "playful" rather than professional.

Friendly members, friendly staff, and when I registered I saw loads of familiar names from the good old days of Forum Advertiser. When you visit Wober you are greeted with a nice welcome message in the header, which does not stick out in you face like on other forums.
The styles you have available are nice, although if you could afford it in the future, a custom one would be wonderful.
Your community has very active members, friendly staff and a lot of familiar faces from many other communities.
The advertisements in the header blend in very well, and do not bother me at all.
I like how everything is well organised on Wober, and how not every post is spam like we see everywhere else.
One thing I would suggest is to limit on the size of signatures. I have seen some really long ones which makes it annoying when you actually read the entire thread.
The styles you have available are nice, although if you could afford it in the future, a custom one would be wonderful.

Okay. Personally I love the mascot and banner. With a name like Wober you're hardly going for the ultra professional people out there, and I think that's made extremely clear.
The mascot is, I think, a lovely touch. Very well done, it suits the name perfectly and it's a nice addition.
The software is vBulletin 3.5.8? Best of the lot if it is.. But you really really should remove the vBulletin Default style. If people actually use that, then that's a way to show how good your other skins are..
Personally, I like your main style, and the pink one. I feel with the other styles your forum loses a lot of it's immediate personality. Especially with the Chromatic one.

Personally, I can do some vB skinning, but my co-admin is the man I go to for it. I'm the graphics, he's the code.
