My favourite is Paint Shop Pro 7 for editing photos.

I use Photoshop CS3, and it's been a blast. It's organized, has more than enough effects, and can make very professional creations. Of course, it's made for professionals, so that's why it's so good...it came with my computer when i got it last December, the whole CS3 suite. =D

I like Photoshop, but it's expensive for nothing ...You can simply use Paint Shop Pro (Almost like Photoshop and not expensive.) So I like this Editing Program. 😉
