Update time

Race result for race #5 is now in and my official time was 47:16 a brand new PB by 11 seconds. The winner of the sweepstake is Allan Ogle who guessed the correct time.

For the sweepstake we raised £69 which is split 50/50 with the winner. Our total after race #5 now stands at £1,207.76.

Next Race is May 19th in Hull

As I posted on my last update the next race was suppose to be the Hull 10k this past Sunday. 10mins before race was told there was delay, then we are told that one of the bridges was broke and as a result the race would be short, so today's race does not count in challenge was the race was only 9k.

I now have to race again on Bank Holiday Monday to keep my challenge going, so far I have raised over £1,300 for the NSPCC:

So Race 6 finally went ahead a week and one day later then planned due to the Hull race being cut short by 1km. It took a while but found a race in Southport called the Sandgrounder 10k

I went there and even though it rained throughout the race I bagged a 6th straight PB in the challenge and now move onto race no.7 on 2nd June
