It depends what you mean by computer, because technically the abacus was a computer and that's thousands of years old. The first desktop computer I believe was invented in the 60s, but giant data processing systems were around long before that!

Favorite American sports athlete?
It was a tourist trip to Branson, Missouri, the pilot took us on a standard tour showing us Branson and the surrounding area, and then he flew above a gorge...well, him being a tourist pilot, the next thing I know we're nose down heading straight into the gorge for a few hundred feet before he levels out and heads back to the airport. Terrifying for someone with anxiety who already isn't great with flying...that one was a nightmare!
