How much do you add wasabi to the small bowl of soy sauce? Now that you guys said it that way with avocado and salmon sushi, I become interested in trying it next time I went to a sushi restaurant. XD
phio_chan just need a pinky sized portion of wasabi in a small soy sauce cup (those tiny plates they offer at restaurants) any bigger than that, and well I'd say you're a brave braaaaaaave woman with tastebuds of steel!

Hahahaha I can understand avocado and salmon sushi is great with soy sauce and wasabi, I don't like it with chicken teriyaki though!
I haven't actually tried chicken teriyaki sushi before. In fact, I don't think I've seen it around where I am.
😱
Tressy I have no idea where you are from but I hope you're not in the ass end of nowhere in some rural district, because teriyaki chicken is a standard sushi dish served at all sushi places. It's pretty easy to find, if not you can easily make it, here are the ingredients you need
300g deboned chicken thighs
1 tbsp sake
4 tbsp soy sauce
4-5 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1. In a bowl, put in sake, soya sauce, mirin and sugar. Mix well and marinate the chicken in it for about 20 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, brown both sides of the chicken thighs and leave until cooked.
3. Pour in the teriyaki sauce that was used to marinate chicken in the pan and continue to cook until the chicken has glazed and covered the chicken.
4. Remove the pan from heat, serve on a plate and drizzle any remaining sauce from the frying pan.
5. Serve the teriyaki chicken with boiled rice or salad leaves.
or if you're more of a visual creature just youtube how to make it XD
