Well , if I try to delete it , it says "Now the IP All will be able to access your site" . But those two entries still remain . I guess those two are default , they dont block any IP's , if they would I wouldn't have been able to access my forum using my second ISP .

EDIT : Ideastack is the crappiest host I have ever seen . Guys , donot use Ideastack , the tech support is simply pathetic . They are a bunch of idiots with no technical knowledge , and all they can say is "Do this , do that , try again" . They donot have any solid knowledge of anything .
