Strange Problem : My ISP blocking my Forum !

Well , if I try to delete it , it says "Now the IP All will be able to access your site" . But those two entries still remain . I guess those two are default , they dont block any IP's , if they would I wouldn't have been able to access my forum using my second ISP .

I told them , and they asked for the Cpanel details and they said the server settings are fine , no problem with those . But , why is it then that my forum is blocked by some ISPs ? Did my host do anything wrong while registering the domain ?

I don't think IP deny has anything to do with it. Both me and _h_ can access the site and for the users that can't access it, it would show a 403 error. If you block someone through IP deny or directly through the .htaccess file, you are not allowing them to view the site so you get a 403 (access denied). You need to be able to connect to the server for it to see if you have been blocked. An error saying cannot connect to the server means that it can't be anything to do with the IP deny section as you can't even connect for the server to judge whether you can access it or not.
That was exactly what I was thinking . Had it blocked all IP's , I myself couldn't have accessed it from my other ISP . I simply have to wait and watch what my host does .
EDIT : Ideastack is the crappiest host I have ever seen . Guys , donot use Ideastack , the tech support is simply pathetic . They are a bunch of idiots with no technical knowledge , and all they can say is "Do this , do that , try again" . They donot have any solid knowledge of anything .

Alot of hosts are like that though. Once you sign up with them and they have your money, most hosts no longer care.Raptor said:

Have they basically moved you to another server then? If so i don't see why they can't transfer the data for you. Mosts host transfer the data for you when you move server.
Yea, they are even using cpanel if they moved you over to a new server they should be able to transfer your whole account over with a few clicks and be done in 10 minutes, at least thats what i would have done. What are you using a shared, reseller or vps?
I use shared . And I had to do a complete fresh installation of phpbb3 again and everything from scratch . One good thing is that now I learnt how to install phpbb3 manually since I had it installing so many times :lol . Anyways , my forum is hopefully up and running now , and hopefully we wont have any more downtimes .
