Any weight loss tips you have?
I was around 201 pounds two months back. Now I am 176 pounds which means I reduced 25 pounds in two months time. I didn't do much - I just drank green tea early morning everyday for two months and basic calisthenics for 25 minutes everyday except weekends.
Any other tips other than the drastic gym measure?
