Just wondering does anyone think this will be as good as Microsoft says? I am considering getting it, but I love my Vista atm.
 
It is WAY too graphical, has too many features, it will be too expensive, computers also need to become better as it is a huge os

In my opinion, Vista is crap, so if you think Vista is better than XP, you obviously havent used XP 😀
 
Windows Seven Is Exactly The Same As Vista!

The Bars On The Bottom Telling You What Windows You Have Open Are just the logo!
 
Windows 7, same features as Vista more, with faster boot up times than XP! It will be a great OS, the RC is awesome so far and I can't wait to buy the full version. Microsoft took our feedback and put it into a operating system, trust me it will be good, try it for yourself in the RC and see if you like it or not, at the end of the day it comes down to personal opinion/choice etc, but you never know until you try mate.

I always hated my XP. Had it for 2 years then it broke down.
 
Windows 7 should be better, but I just care about it being backwards compatible with older games and software that work with XP. But, I don't really like the new look of it. I like The windows classic look more since I'm used to it.

I don't like Vista much as well since I notice it locks a lot of my registry keys which prevents me from installing and uninstalling programs and updates until I change the permissions on the locked registry keys that need to be changed. Plus, I notice the Superfetch and Readyboost seem to cause my Hard drive to read and write a lot, so I had to disable it.
 
I am loving Windows 7 actually lol i don't know about the rest of you hard core XP users but I like windows 7 a lot.

My opinion...
