Well, round 2 ended this morning if I'm not mistaken. I believe we're moving on to the "Sweet Sixteen" round next. I'm ready for the next round to begin so we can vote again.

I got the same complaint on the official xenForo forums. Get a better skin. Pre-made skins are $20-$60 nowadays. Custom skins are in the thousands.
It might not sound like a lot to you to shell out $20 to $60, but a lot of us are hobbyists who have more enthusiasm for running communities than we do money to invest in our communities. I for one do not have money to invest in my community beyond paying for a VPS and a domain. Of course, I can't speak for Malcolm; he might have the money and just not feel that it's necessary to spend it on a skin, and that's perfectly fine as well. After all, if somebody is going to avoid joining your community because your skin isn't flashy enough, then that is probably someone who wouldn't stick around your community very long anyway. If they were passionate about the subject matter covered on your community, they would join regardless of the skin.

Again, I defer to the experts:

The point is with Code Forum it isn't meant to be a look at my community it's so appealing. No, it's there to help coders of all skillsets to learn to code. Yes, we do have different styles which anyone can go through but my focus is on helping myself and others learn.

I think we all have different ideas of who should get our votes and I might vote for someone one time but the next round vote for someone else and that's not because I no longer like they're site but I like the other site too and didn't vote for that one the previous time.

The Sweet Sixteen polls are up! These will last seven days as well. 🙂

The Elite Eight polls should be up sometime tomorrow. 🙂
