While I agree all software has bugs, Android has a lot more bugs then iOS.
I've read reports that said otherwise.

And while no software is immune to crashes, it should be noted that iOS had a full year and 2 months ahead of Android to get themselves together, so this means 1 of 2 things.
1. iOS is running out of steam.
2. Android is making incredible progress, considering that it is a year younger than iOS.
Considering that Apple has been stealing features from Android for its O/S, I'd be more inclined to say that it was both.
I know you like iOS, and think that it is the best, and while it is fine to have an opinion, you should understand that it isn't fact. Just check out this video series from someone who is actually an Apple user himself. He has decided to tackle common arguments used by people like you against Android.

Keep in mind that after the first video,
he is comparing a Samsung Galaxy S running Froyo 2.2 that was released in 2010, to the new iPad running iOS 5 and it is still better than iOS even though Froyo is now obsolete.

We do pay for the OS's, the price of the phone is the "bundled" price for the whole thing.
Wrong again. iOS is based on UNIX, and Mac OS, which has parts of FreeBSD in it and Linux is based on UNIX, and like Linux, it is a free software. It is literally UNIX with some make up and a boob job, which, I am sure Apple pays for, hence the fact that it is proprietary. We pay for the device itself that runs the software, but we do not pay for the software on it. Otherwise, you would have to pay for each upgrade like people have to do with Windows PC's. If you are using Windows 2000, unless you pirated it, you'd have to pay for XP.
To upgrade, all you have to do is plug your device into your PC and upgrade it via iTunes. It doesn't ask you for your credit card info, before you can download the next version of iOS, therefore don't have to pay to upgrade. That said, when you buy any device, whether it is an iDevice, or an Android device, the software is free.

If we gotta have 8 cores on an android device to get it to run smoothly, there is a huge problem.
First off, you've got to change your mindset. No one said that anyone has to have anything. It is a matter of personal choice. It always has been, and it always will be. If you don't need your device to have all of that power, and some people don't, then don't get one. Just get the device you like and
stay in your lane. There is no reason to go around condemning anyone else for their choices, especially if no one is condemning you for yours.
That is the major difference that I've seen between iOS and Android users. Which I have aptly pointed out in my previous posts.

Like I said, Windows computers do not even have 8 cores. I can play an intense racing game, listen to Pandora, and download things all at the same time without any lag on my iPhone 5. And, I can hold a FaceTime call, have GPS run in the background (and give me notifications of my turn by turn driving directions), and watch a movie or stream a movie at the same time.
Wrong again. Windows PCs do have 8 cores. My husband, who works in IT as an engineer, uses a PC at work with an i7 processor, which have 8 cores.
For that matter, I am typing this from my laptop which also has an i7 processor and also has 8 cores.

So if someone says Apple sucks, they are starting the argument.
Wrong again. If someone says that Apple sucks, they are
expressing an opinion and one that they are entitled to have. You have argued unsuccessfully that iOS devices were more powerful and that only the poor buy Android devices. That is your opinion, not fact, but when someone says that iPhones are not the most powerful and they can back up their claims with fact, much like someone else pointed out that iOS 7 is an obvious rip of Android, then their statements are thus, substantiated and are considered fact.

And I did not start this thread, this thread and posts came from another thread that the moderators split off..
Fair enough, but you did state in your own words that you'd fight anyone who disagreed with your opinion. That is not only starting an argument, that is bullying. So not only did you start this, you also attempted to bully others for having a different opinion than yours. That is just plain wrong.

I am not trying to start an argument with you, I am just simply defending myself from you.
How are you defending yourself when I wasn't attacking you at all? I quoted Bluezone777. I was not even talking to you. I was talking to him. Unless you and he are the same person, which I sincerely doubt, considering the age difference and the fact that he is from Florida and you are from Illinois. The first and only time I referred to you at all in that post, was when I said that I use the device and O/S I prefer, much like anyone else, you included. So, please tell me, how is that an attack worthy of defense?
I think that you read way too much into my post and felt that you were being attacked and that is because you applied my words to you and you reacted accordingly. Probably because you know that somewhere deep down, you are guilty of this behavior and you just didn't like feeling as though you were being called out on it. Otherwise, if it didn't apply to you, then why were you so defensive?
If you don't like feeling this way, then simply change your attitude and behavior toward others on this subject, because until you do, you are guilty.
I've really said way more than I wanted to.. both to you and on this debate, so I won't be replying from this point onward.

BA, the Core i-7 only has 4 cores with 8 threads. Not 8 cores. Slight difference.
VZ, I get what you are saying, I mentioned that to him, but he says that, his pc at work and my laptop have 8 cores, since he upgraded them himself.
I am not sure if it is intel, (he says that it is an i7, but it could be a Xeon like you said) but I know he says that it has 8 cores. He could be mistaken, or myself by calling it an i7 if it is an e7 or something else, but I'm not going to argue with him, as he does this for a living..
😛
Either way, it is why my laptop will never leave the house lol..
And you are spot on about the S4 having 4 cores.. Only the U.S. variants have 4 cores while the international version has the Exynos 5 Octa core processor.
